○ Completely Sealed Filter Press System A sealed filter system using a combination of sheets, plates, and frames. HERMETIX is a fully sealed type filter system designed for pharmaceutical manufacturing and fine chemicals. ○ Sealed System An O-ring gasket is fitted around the circumference of the filter plate, sealing the internal filter layers (or using a gasket incorporated into the frame). This method allows for 100% sealing without leaks. The design pursues ease of use of the system, ensuring that the product does not come into contact with the external environment and facilitating CIP cleaning and easy handling. O-ring Free By using specially designed filter plates, a 100% leak-free O-ring-less type is also possible, eliminating the need for O-ring gaskets. ○ Applications Pharmaceuticals (for plasma fractionation, protein harvest, vaccines, separation of antibiotics, etc.) and fine chemicals. ○ Filter Plate Material: Stainless steel (316L) or plastic (PP) options are available.
